I just played through DE for the first time, and I'm amazed how much of the spirit of the game you were able to to capture with this project! Great work
This was fun! It's translated to a somewhat different system in a really interesting way, but it works really well. I especially love the music! Only complaint is that I wish it was longer lol, but I know it's a lot of work.
With the newly released Analogue Pocket, and the newest update for GB Studios, are you planning to publish the .pocket version of this game? I’d love to be able to play this on my Pocket, so I hope so!
This game was actually pretty fun. I like the variety of choices given to the current situation and the rng. I managed to unlock all the idols and its an overall fun game! I rate this a classic/10
Very cool game, I love it! Plays very well on my EZ Flash Jr. cart. By the way, the DEGB-OST(mod).zip file contains tracker modules (aka ProTracker on Amiga) and aren't midi files. FYI they will not play until you use xmplay with delix plugin. ;)
I'm kind of blown away considering the limitations of GB Studio. I would love to see some of the work arounds you had to come up with in order to make this. My mind is blown.
Excellent work. I would just like to be able to translate the game (into Spanish). If you could (once the game is completely finished) share the project I could translate it (ideally you could share the project with me, as it would be more difficult if I had to translate it as original game roms are usually translated). Regardless of your answer, thank you very much for this great port.
Yeah, I agree. Unfortunately GB Studio doesn't support sound on text at the moment, but it may in the future. However I've just added a soundtrack, which should make things more lively!

AWESOME!!!!
would you mind adding qwertz and azerty support to the browser version?
so.. y, z and w for A and x as B
z and x is fine.. but imagine y and z swapped.
that's inconvenience.
This is fantastic!
This is amazing.
Amazing work! Really caputers the vibe of the original :)
I did a playthrough with the Thinker archetype if anyone wants to have a look
Wow, this is absolutely incredible, I love the game and this is a wonderful idea :o
Great great work !
This was awesome - thank you so much! Highlight was definitely the Whirling in Rags theme music - brilliant. :D
Nice work! I’ve only seen videos of the original, but I think I prefer this version, haha!
Hey, can you compile a .pocket rom for the analoge pocket? that would be awesome x)
Where the hood, where the hood, where the hood at.
Oh my heart - the MUSIC!!! I bursted into tears! Thank you so much, so well done
No, you can't be a marxist.
WHY?
For you are alive.

Seconded! I would love to play this on my Pocket!
There's a patch available via Retro Patcher that lets you run it off of an SD card on the Pocket.

Hey! That would be incredible. Send me a DM on twitter or email me chat@colinbrannan.ca
I haven't played original Disco Elysium, but I totally love this one. It would be great to see more content for it
is it possible to play it on the 3ds somehow?
because its not an official gb game.
There's no easy way to do it unfortunately.
Dont listen to the guy, there is super easy way to do it.
The only problem is that your 3ds must have custom firmware. To do it go https://3ds.hacks.guide/
Now about rom. You need to download a program. Go here https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-ultimate-gba-vc-injector-for-3ds.438057/
You're welcome.
I love it so far, but can you add more sound effects in a patch? It feels odd not hearing text sounds and the like.
Yeah, I agree. Unfortunately GB Studio doesn't support sound on text at the moment, but it may in the future. However I've just added a soundtrack, which should make things more lively!
very disco baby
rad
this is so good,i really like it
These is amazing!!
how can u play it in mobile??
With gbc emulator.
You have a GBc emulator to propose ? The ones I tried did not success to run the rom.
My OldBoy! paid version works well for my :)
It should be playable on your phone's browser, or download the ROM and run it in an emulator.
episodic releases would be great
I thought about it, but it's would be a real slog implementing more content than the tools can handle.
Yo, great stuff getting featured on IGN! Damn neat to see a GBStudio project pop up haha
This is one of the most amazing projects i've ever seen!!
That is amazing, a real piece of art. The feel was just right, and the pixel art on point. Writing adapted and summarised also perfectly. Well done!
This is fantastic! I love it so much!!!!
That was great, especially loved how the roll mechanic worked. Nicely done.
